DAS – Direct Access
What is Direct Access Scheme (DAS)?
Direct Access was created at the same time as A2, so that people over the age of 21 would not have to wait two years after passing a practical motorcycle test to ride a machine with a power output over 33bhp.
Both tests (Off Road Manoeuvres Test and Practical Road Test) have to be taken on a large capacity machine over 46.6 bhp.
We run various DAS courses to suit your needs from individual courses for each test, an experienced package course and a novice package course.
On all courses you will receive a high level off instruction and practice time to develop the appropriate skills, we also supply study material for the Theory Test which we are happy to book for you a novice package course.
DAS Part 1 – £305
Part 1 DAS courses are designed for people currently riding a 125cc on the road and wish to take a Part 1 (Off Road Manoeuvres test) on a 500cc motorbike.

Part 2 DAS courses are designed for people currently riding a 125cc on the road or with experience on a 125cc and have taken a Part 1 Test on a 500cc.
